Condos & Apartments
The Brownstone Program is the perfect policy for upscale condos, townhouses, and apartments. These properties tend to be new or recently renovated, 2-10 units per building, and/or owner occupied. Our “all in” package plans solves the needs of condo associations and unit owners alike.
Frame construction is eligible in the Brownstone Program. In fact, our frame business has been growing fast over the past 10 years, and becoming a strong part of the Brownstone Program.
Multi Family, Triple Decker, Duplex
These are the classic styles of properties for the Brownstone program. Again, 2-10 units, often owner occupied, and recently renovated. The Brownstone Program was founded on “house proud” owners, and the Program today reflects that. One big advantage of the Brownstone Program is the all in, all risk coverage. The building is insured to the condo specifications.
