As a broker, your experience with Brownstone and our claims process is an important one. Our goal is to provide the same caliber service to our brokers as we do our direct clients.

Should one of your clients experience a claim that is covered by their Brownstone policy, simply submit an Acord Loss Form to you personal Brownstone Program Underwriter via email. Your underwriter will email you back with a claim number and the adjuster information.
